The Culinary Arts Museum at
Johnson & Wales University is a teaching museum that preserves and
interprets culinary and hospitality heritage, a major focus of the
university, to encourage academic success and public enjoyment.
To deliver this mission at the highest level of quality, the museum will:
Apply its resources to meet the academic and professional needs of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the community at-large.
academic programs with experiential and work-integrated learning
opportunities that celebrate the museum's material culture through
story-based exhibits and special events.
