As of February 27, 2017, the museum is permanently closed to the public. The university is digitizing the museum’s holdings for research and can be viewed on our Collections page.
The museum has a diverse collection of advertising pieces. Some of the companies are familiar and still in business today while others are more obscure. Their colors, content and form speak to the decades in which they were created and foster a sense of nostalgia for culinary delights from the past.
