As of February 27, 2017, the museum is permanently closed to the public. The university is digitizing the museum’s holdings for research and can be viewed on our Collections page.
This temporary exhibition explores identity, advertising and methods used
to differentiate one’s products. There is an historical look at some iconic
chicken restaurants, and the story of Kentucky Fried Chicken is told. JWU’s own
Chef Emeril Lagasse is featured, with all 19 of his cookbooks on display, as
well as memorabilia from some of his twelve restaurants.
