The Culinary Arts Museum at Johnson & Wales University will be permanently closed to the public as of February 27, 2017. The university is digitizing the museum’s holdings for research and can be viewed on our Collections page.

The students and faculty at Johnson & Wales University continue to hone their skills, constructing beautiful showpieces. The museum also holds an extensive collection of two- and three-dimensional art that explores culinary themes and trends.
