The museum’s collection of art is an eclectic expression of creative talent. For centuries, chefs and cooks alike have sculpted and produced art using their culinary talents. The students and faculty at Johnson & Wales University continue to hone their skills, constructing beautiful showpieces. The museum also holds an extensive collection of two- and three-dimensional art that explores culinary themes and trends.
