Commercial Kitchen

Commercial kitchens throughout history have been outfitted with equipment and appliances designed to meet the needs of the business, the government regulations of the day and their clientele’s tastes. When a good kitchen is paired with a successful front of the house, the restaurant will thrive. The museum’s collection includes everything from the compact, streamlined backbar of the Ever Ready Diner on display to the massive, industrial pasta-making machines from the 1920s.
